Mr Herbert Appleroth. Director
After having an 80 year family history with one of Australia's iconic food brands, Aeroplane Jelly, Herbert followed his personal passion and chose the motor industry for his professional career. Having assisted brands like Volkswagen, Jeep and Audi find a foothold in the Australian automotive industry, Herbert's attention moved to relaunching the once troubled Italian sportscar manufacturer Maserati, heading up the Australian & New Zealand operations for 7 years. The same philosophies were then applied when he ran Maserati stablemate Ferrari, culminating in Herbert moving to Italy to become the Global Marketing Director for Maserati. However his heart pulled him back to Australia to forgo his focus on career and dedicate time on others less fortunate than himself. Just 10 minutes with founder Col Reynolds was enough to make Herbert realise that OCF was where his heart now lay.
